ER GE FONG 二哥丰
郑智勇(1851—1935年)原名郑义丰，又名礼裕，别号二哥丰，出生於泰国。祖籍潮安县风塘淇园村。10余岁在泰国加入以大哥莽为首的洪门天地会，後以其智勇和义气当上二哥。大哥莽死後继位，世人以其乳名义丰而称他二哥丰。得势之初，恰逢泰王朝财政困难，五世王决定开赌徵税，需要私派组织出面，由二哥丰承担。他在各地遍设花会厂，形成一个庞大的开赌徵税网络，手下人员上自司库、总管，下及批脚(收赌款人员)、保镖、侍者，不下数千人。为王朝徵收了大量税款，本人也成为巨富和势力最大的华侨领袖。之後，他发展了多方面事业，包括航海、银庄、当押、出入口商行、报纸、印务局等。其分支机构遍及南洋诸国、日本、香港和中国的上海、青岛、厦门、汕头等地。五世王封其“坤拍”(伯爵)头衔，赐其家族暹籍姓氏为郑差哇尼，并赐地建中国式的大夫第，将嚏叻附近的l条公路赐名为郑差哇尼路。发迹後曾捐资支持孙中山的民主革命活动，并在泰国及其家乡办了许多公益事业。在家乡，兴办智勇学校(今凤塘中学校址)，曾经免费招收附近村邻子弟入学。1918年潮州发生地震，危及韩江堤防，他拨巨款，并用他来往汕头一曼谷的五幅轮船公司的轮船运来大批物资，修筑南堤、北堤和束堤。事成，北堤迎亭，南堤树碑，记下他的功绩。临终前立下遗嘱，将在曼谷的大夫第连同大批地皮献给暹罗政府。1935年农历正月初三在曼谷逝世，灵柩归葬家园
